About the Congress

The Congress is a legal event aiming to discuss the actual legal problems in the private and public law and the development in the comparative law and to transfer these actual legal problems to the related Parties.

The abstracts of the papers to be sent to the Congress would be assessed by the Science Committee. The papers could be written and presented in Turkish, English, German and French. The presentation of the participants is expected to be done in 20 (twenty) minutes.

The abstracts’ of the papers accepted to be presented during the Congress would be published in the Papers’ Abstracts Book whereas the full texts’ of the papers to be published in a Book by an international publishing house.

The possibility of making face-to-face presentations of the Congress opening and participants who request will be evaluated according to the course of the Covid 19 epidemic, and other presentations will be held online.

The Congress would be in free of charges.

The full text of the papers’ of the participants might be published in free of charges also in the Akdeniz University School of Law Journal after the approbation procedure to be followed.

All the academicians, practitioners, students and the audiences that are interested with law are welcomed to the Congress.
